Hi, I will be visiting from Ohio and wanted to visit your church. Do you have parking or what is the best parking nearby? I hear it’s difficult to find in NY! Thanks!
Hi Kristin! It’s very tough to find parking near our congregation, but there is a garage on 75th St. off Amsterdam Avenue, about two blocks away. I certainly hope to meet you; welcome to NYC!

Shortly after I read the book Winner Take All Politics by Hacker and Pierson, OCCUPY OWS arose. I felt that here was a group that could provide the human resources to engage the problems of that book. Then out came e-mails from your OCCUPYFAITH and I was further elated. I feel that spiritual people if mobiled could become a prophetic force: I felt that the church needed occupy to become relevant and that OCCUPY needed spiritual people to give it continuity and focus. We had an OCCUPYFAITH group here in Minneapolis. But then it died and meetings ceased. Folks in the church do not seem to want to be identified as taking a stand the way your people did and do. Your NYC group seems to have maintained vibrancy. Do you have any suggestions? Is anyone from your group likely to get to the Twin Cities and have time to share your experience with a group here?
The best way, by far, to visit our church is via Mass Transit. NYC is not a driving city — parking is expensive/limited and traffic is bad.
